Development Services plans and finances the preservation and replacement of THA housing, including Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions and mixed-income redevelopment.
Led by the Vice President of Development. Staff in this department work alongside the rest of THA so residents get one clear answer, whether they call, email or visit the office.
