THA offers public housing at our own communities and rental assistance you can use with a private landlord. Applying is free, and help is available if you need it.

Public Housing

Rent a home at one of THA's 17 communities — family sites, high-rises for elderly and disabled residents, and Project-Based Rental Assistance properties. Rent is based on your household income.

Housing Choice Voucher

Rent from a private landlord in Tulsa. You pay a share of the rent based on income and THA pays the rest directly to your landlord each month.

How applying works

  3. 3Get a confirmation with your position on the waiting list.
  4. 4Keep your contact information current so THA can reach you.
