How this site is hosted and protected, and how THA works to make every page usable by everyone.

Managed US-based hosting with redundancy, monitored around the clock and reported monthly.

Daily backups and DR

Automated daily backups with off-site retention and a documented disaster recovery plan with restore testing.

Firewall and malware protection

Web application firewall, malware scanning and hardened CMS configuration with role-based permissions.

Security monitoring

Continuous monitoring with alerting, patch management for CMS core and plugins, and incident response contacts.

Accessibility monitoring

Automated and manual accessibility checks on new content, with remediation tracked to closure.

Accessibility Statement

THA is committed to making tulsahousing.org usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or captions. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and as a HUD-funded Public Housing Agency we are also subject to ADA Title II and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, which prohibits disability discrimination in any HUD-assisted program.

What we do

  • Design color and type to meet AA contrast by default, not as a later fix.
  • Test keyboard operability and screen reader labeling on every component.
  • Provide a site-wide accessibility toolbar: text resize, high contrast, read-aloud, underlined links and reduced motion.
  • Provide documents in large print, audio and Braille on request, at no cost.

Report a barrier or request an accommodation

Call (918) 581-5700 or email info@tulsahousing.org. Tell us the page and what got in your way — we respond to accessibility requests first.

Compliance documentation

A formal accessibility conformance report (VPAT-style) covering keyboard operability, contrast and screen-reader labeling is available on request.

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — target conformance
  • ADA Title II — public entity obligations
  • Section 504 — HUD-assisted program access
